Metal, Plastic Additive Manufacturing, Demand and Offer Processes

  • Requests for Metal and Plastic Rapid Prototyping Laboratories are sent by customers by mail. A form is not required for customer requests, and the e-mail from the customer is sufficient.
  • Production requests from the customer are sent to the corporate ALUTEAM mail adress. Designs that come in STL format are sent to production managers by mail. The relevant file is examined by production officers. If it is found suitable for production, part information (height, volume and density, etc.) is extracted for the preparation of a price quote. If it is not appropriate, customers are informed by e-mail.
  • Customers are informed about the fee and service conditions of the Rapid Prototyping Laboratories by phone and / or e-mail.
  • "Customer Current Card Information Form" is filled in upon the request of the customer by competent.
  • If the customer requests written offers; The relevant officer prepares the offer using the "Customer Offer Form" and sends it to the customer via e-mail. If the contract or proposal prepared is accepted by the customer including the conditions for delivery and post-delivery services, production starts.
  • Production is usually completed within 5 working days as standard.
  • Thus, any incompatibility between production demand and price offer is resolved before starting work.
  • The customer approves the contract or offer in writing and sends it via e-mail. The process does not start unless written approval is received from the customer.
  • Any changes or deviations made in the offer are notified to all personnel and customers who will be affected.

Any modifications made are shown and maintained in both the old and revised proposal.

After determining the conditions in the proposal, if the proposal needs to be changed due to the reasons arising from the customer or the situation of the business or if additional conditions are requested, these conditions are added to the contract or proposal and a new proposal is made to meet the new conditions.
