The Development of Aluminum Alloy Powders Suitable for Additive Manufacturing Project which is the joint work of ALUTEAM and SENTES-BİR Metallurgical Chemistry Energy Production and Recycling Technologies, received TÜBİTAK support.
The Development of Aluminum Alloy Powders Suitable for Additive Manufacturing Project which was taken under the scope of 1501-TÜBİTAK Industry R&D Projects Support Program at the end of the evaluation within The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and the Regulations on Technology and Innovation Support Programs of TUBITAK Industrial Technology Development and Innovation Research Project Support Program Application Guidelines of took its place among the projects to be supported.
Cooperation with SENTES-BİR
As a result of the establishment of certain standards in all products produced for different sectors in the aluminum industry and sharing of these standards with the relevant institutions, ALUTEAM, which continues its activities in line with the goal of the industry to produce and present products with higher quality and certain standards, continues its activities for this goal thanks to the business structure it has developed with the institutions it cooperates with. In addition to the laboratory services that continue within the scope of R&D activities, the center, which continues its production activities by using Additive Manufacturing Technology, is heading together with SENTES-BİR Metallurgy Chemistry Energy Production and Recycling Technologies in the project "Development of Aluminum Alloy Powders Suitable for Additive Manufacturing".
Consultancy, Test and Analysis Service from ALUTEAM
After the necessary formal procedures are completed within the scope of TÜBİTAK TEYDEP support, the project will be implemented by the relevant team. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University Aluminum Test Training and Research Center will carry out the consultancy, testing and analysis services of the project in this process. Thus, an important added value will be created in the realization of the project thanks to ALUTEAM's laboratory infrastructure, which was established by taking into consideration the current needs of the aluminum sector in our country, and is constantly updated by following the technological developments in the world and the know-how of expert staff in the relevant field.
