AMC TURKEY Conference, which is based on additive manufacturing, opened its doors for the third time this year in Kuşadası, Aydın. The conference, which met with its audience on October 6-8, 2022, brought together researchers in academia and industry by discussing new applications, new methods, new processes and new materials in additive manufacturing.
AMC TURKEY is an international event with academicians from Süleyman Demirel University, Sabancı University, Gazi University, Marmara University, Middle East Technical University, Istanbul Technical University, Eskişehir Osman Gazi University and Ege University in the organizing committee, including FSMVÜ ALUTEAM. . The conference, which lasted for three days, was organized as a series of panels where participants and researchers from many parts of the world shared their experiences on additive manufacturing.
Hybrid Processes, Process Planning for Additive Manufacturing, Post-Process Operations, New Materials for Additive Manufacturing, Process Monitoring and Control in Additive Manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing Process Modeling and Simulation Manufacturing, 3D Bioprinting and Biomedical Applications, Design for Additive Manufacturing, Cages and Cellular Structures, Data Analytics in Additive Manufacturing, Functional Grade Materials in Additive Manufacturing, Topology Optimization Applications in Additive Manufacturing, Microstructural Characterization of Additive Manufacturing Components, New Applications of Additive Manufacturing were discussed. Sponsored by many institutions working on additive manufacturing technology in four different categories, classified as platinum, gold, silver and bronze, the conference makes a difference as a promising event with its invited student body.
The conference, in which researches on additive manufacturing were presented one after the other in the first two days, ended with the closing speech after the Additive Manufacturing Summit themed State of Additive Manufacturing in the World and in Turkey, Future-Looking Targets organized by the Turkish Additive Manufacturing Association.
