Professional trainings within the scope of Aluminium Test Training and Research Center Guided Project continues which is carried out with the support of Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA), in cooperation with the Istanbul Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters Association (IDDMIB) and the Entrepreneurial Aluminum Industrialists and Businessmen Association (GALSIAD).
Vocational training about "Examination of Errors in Aluminum Forming Techniques with Optical Microscope" was held with the presentation of Application and Sales Engineer Kenan Doğru from Carl Zeiss Microscopy GmbH, R&D Specialist Hüsnü Öztürk from Asaş Aluminum and Yaşar Akça and Çağatay Öter from ALUTEAM Research Engineer on November 8-9, 2017.
During the two-day training, in addition to the theoretical studies, the samples brought by the participants were examined and practical applications were made.

- In Casting and Injection Products; Grain Size and Distribution, Shell Structure and Thickness, Impurity Distribution and Interpretation, Detection of Cooling Traces
- In Extrusion and Plate Products; Particle Size and Distribution, Differentiated Structures, Orientation and central segregation were discussed.
