Our training activities consist of technical seminars for managers and engineers and professional training for employees. Trainings and seminars given by engineers, academics and company managers who are experts in their fields are constantly organized according to the needs of the sector without any profit. The aim of ALUTEAM in the field of education is to bring the employees in the sectors they are associated with the experts in the subjects they need training.
In our center, training services are carried out in two scopes. The first of these is full-day vocational / technical trainings and seminars held within the center prepared according to the needs of the sector. The second is long-term training programs organized for the needs of companies.
At the end of the training services offered at our center, participants are entitled to receive certificates when they complete the relevant requirements according to the application of each program.

Aluminium Association Conversion Training Program
Our center provides training services for companies serving in the iron and non-ferrous metal sectors. Aluminum Association Conversion Training Program is included in the program category implemented by creating content according to the needs of the companies. Training programs organisied for companies are prepared with the units to receive training. So that, it is ensured that the content of each lesson is direct focus on the real needs of firms. Programs are prepared from a few weeks to a few months depending on the training content and company demands. These programs may be aimed at meeting the training needs of any unit of the company, can also be comprehensive programs covering all the processes of a company that has just started aluminum production.
In training activities, trainers consist of academicians with strong industry experience and academic background, and sector employees with expertise in education.
Additive Manufacturing Training Program
While our center continues its activities by using Additive Manufacturing Technology of Design and Production Unit, it offers the knowledge gained in this field to the service of the sector through a training program.
The content of this training package, which companies will demand according to their needs in practical and practical aspects about Additive Manufacturing Technology, has been prepared by our team that continues to work on this technology. The instructor staff of the program also consists of the members of our unit that make up the content.
These training programs, which are offered differently as Selective Laser Sintering and Direct Metal Laser Sintering trainings, consist of theoretical and applied sections. The scope of the training program created by our team within the scope of Metal Additive Manufacturing, known as DMLS, consists of the introduction of the system, preparation of the machine for production, data preparation, production phase, extraction of trial production, trial production with the participants, and transferring the related final processes of the manufactured parts from the platform.
On the other hand, within the scope of Selective Laser Sintering, known as SLS, the preparation process for production, surface, mesh structure evaluation of models prepared in Catia, data preparation, layering, production phase, extraction of production, sandblasting, experiment production with participants and evaluation of samples, information is shared about the positioning interpretation.
Facade Academy
With the "Facade Academy" established under the Aluminum Building Systems Test and Training Laboratory (ASTEL) Project, a professional training program has been created in the field of facade systems. The academy, which started on October 30, 2019, has been programmed to serve in 10 different lessons of 150 hours in total.
Introduction to Facade Systems, Facade Systems, Facade Design and Survey, Static, Materials, Project Preparation Techniques, Manufacturing and Installation Theories, Standards and Tests, Quality Control are the theoretical lessons of the program. Practical Practice lesson is carried out within the scope of field practice at the end of all courses. The theoretical lessons held in ALUTEAM in a week between 18.30 and 22.00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
In Facade Academy, which is a professional development training program, the content of the courses was created for students who continue their education in this field as well as the sector employees. In the program, which was developed under the guidance of a strong instructor who actively carries out front-oriented works, ten different courses are carried out to complement each other at the same time.
